Unlike many asset managers that are divisions of large financial firms such as banks and brokerage firms, FPL Asset Management LLC operates as a fee-only, Fiduciary Consultant. We are an independent, fee-only, SEC registered investment advisory firm based in Louisiana.
Our primary objective: Maximize client value through fiduciary consulting without the use of frivolous products, hidden fees, or parasitic agendas. We do not employ salespeople or expect our employees to be salespeople. Our clients always come first.
Our fee-only business model means that we have a personal stake in the success of the client's portfolio. We do not accept commissions
or 12b-1 fees. Our compensation, in the form of a fee, is directly related to the amount of assets being managed and services provided. We are also independent of custodians and mutual funds. This model allows our advisors to operate as fiduciary consultants with
a high level of transparency.
FPL serves individuals, families, foundations, and pension plans.
